VISTO estas actuaciones y la presentación efectuada por lel prof. Víctor Hugo APAZA, Vice-Director del INSTITUTO DE EDUCACIÓN MEDIA TARTAGAL de esta Universidad; y


CONSIDERANDO:


QUE por la misma remite nómina de personal docente que ingresa al Régimen de Permanencia en condición de Regular, de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 32 y 33 de la Resolución CS-Nº 300/05, que aprueba el REGLAMENTO DE RÉGIMEN DE PERMANENCIA DE PROFESORES Y MIEMBROS DEL CLAUSTRO DE AUXILIARES DE LOS INSTITUTOS DE EDUCACIÓN MEDIA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE SALTA .


QUE de acuerdo a lo aconsejado por SECRETARÍA ACADÉMICA, se debe elaborar la correspondiente resolución que incluya al personal en cuestión, a partir del 14 de octubre de 2005.

Por ello:


LA RECTORA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE SALTA

R E S U E L V E:


ARTICULO 1º.- Disponer el ingreso al Régimen de Permanencia, con carácter de excepción y por única vez, del personal del INSTITUTO DE EDUCACIÓN MEDIA TARTAGAL, cuya nómina como ANEXOS I y II forma parte integrante de la presente resolución, con efecto al 14 de octubre de 2005 y en un todo de acuerdo a la Resolución CS-Nº 300/05 .


ARTICULO 2º.- Publíquese en el Boletín Oficial de la Universidad y comuníquese a Rectorado, Secretarías del Consejo Superior, Administrativa y Académica, Instituto de Educación Media Tartagal, Direcciones Generales de Personal y de Administración y notifíquese a los interesados. Cumplido siga a la DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE PERSONAL, para su toma de razón y demás efectos. Oportunamente archívese.
